When we track how our body responds to food, we create awareness and that awareness leads to better choices.
During the month of February we will learn what "healthy" glucose is and what we can do do bring lasting health.
Requirements:
The Village membership of Essential or Stewardship tier
A blood glucose monitor is recommended during this challenge. (Click here for Nelly’s recommendation)
Stewardship tier users will receive increased guidance via the weekly group coaching sessions.
