Guest Speaker: Natalie Taleen
I was never ready for “never could I ever,” so I created something different. Introducing Sober Sabbatical, a 90-day program designed to help you rethink how you drink alcohol. I created this program for women like me—who know they need to stop drinking, but want to do it on their own terms. With a blend of my background in health education, coaching, and personal experience, I’m excited to share a new way of looking at sobriety and a plan to press pause on drinking. Program created by Natalie Taleen, aka Mama with a Mocktail.

The Gratitude Walk - November Group Challenge
In traditional Japanese and Chinese practice, tai chi walking is about mindful, grounded movement. Every step is slow, deliberate, and synced with deep breathing — balancing your nervous system, improving circulation, and calming your mind.
You can model this in a faith-based way:
Step with intention: Feel your heel touch the ground first, then roll through the foot slowly.
Breathe deeply: Inhale through your nose for 4 counts, exhale through your mouth for 4 counts.
Focus your thoughts: With each step, thank God for one blessing — big or small.
Move slowly: Imagine you’re walking through peace, not rushing to a destination.
