    This Christ-centered focuses on mobility and flexibility. It is great for active recovery, easing back into exercise after illness or injury (with your dr.'s permission of course!) or when you simply want low-intensity movement. Our time together includes:

    • A Scripture reading and prayer

    • Mobility and stretching exercises
