When it comes to health, there’s no one-size-fits-all plan.

You’ve tried following the rules, sticking to diets, or downloading someone else’s routine… but what you really need is someone to see you, to help you connect the dots, and to guide you toward healing that actually fits your life.

That’s what the Guided Path is all about — walking with you, one intentional step at a time, toward the version of you that feels strong, confident, and at peace in her body.

This is a 1:1 coaching experience that blends personal mentorship with practical tools. You’ll meet with your coach three times through live Zoom sessions — each one designed to help you uncover the root of your health struggles, understand your body’s signals, and create an action plan that aligns with your goals and lifestyle.

Between sessions, you’ll have access to The Three Pillars of Health courses — foundational teachings that help you understand the “why” and “how” of creating lasting change:

  1. The Mental Hurdle – Overcome mindset blocks that keep you from consistency and self-compassion.

  2. Eating for Health – Learn how to build nourishing meals that balance blood sugar, support hormones, and energize your body.

  3. Movement for Longevity – Find joyful, sustainable ways to move that strengthen and restore your body over time.

These courses are designed to help you learn at your own pace while our sessions help you apply everything in a personal, meaningful way.

FAQs

  • Many clients are able to use their Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for coaching services related to health education and prevention. Check with your provider for eligibility and ask for a detailed receipt if needed.

  • Coaching is meant to complement your healthcare, not replace it. I work with you to build habits and routines that support your doctor’s recommendations and promote your body’s natural healing.

  • The Guided Path includes three sessions, typically spread across 4–8 weeks, but you can move at your own pace.

  • You’ll have the option to continue with ongoing coaching or join The Almost Confident Village — our wellness membership community — for continued encouragement, new lessons, and group accountability.

  • Not necessarily. We’ll evaluate your current lifestyle and nutrition first and then decide together what, if anything, could enhance your results.
