💃 What Is the 25 Days of Movement Challenge?
This is a simple, powerful, doable fitness challenge designed to help you strengthen your body, boost your energy, and grow in consistency—without overwhelm, guilt, or high-impact workouts.
Each week we intentionally build on the strength of the week before, so you’re always improving without feeling discouraged or left behind.
You’ll be doing things like:
✔️ Squats (with chair options!)
✔️ Calf raises
✔️ Bicep curls (water bottles count!)
✔️ Wall push-ups
✔️ Gentle core work
✔️ Optional short walks
It’s safe, accessible, progressive, and rooted in the belief that:
