Everything in Good Order: The Story Behind My Shift

For those of you who have followed me for a long time, you may have noticed a shift.

At one point, I was very actively sharing my network marketing company, talking about supplements, and inviting people into that space. And now, you see me speaking far more about health coaching, metabolism, gut healing, nervous system regulation, blood sugar, faith, and whole-body restoration, with far less mention of products.

To some, that shift may have felt abrupt.

But to me, it has been anything but sudden.

It has been years in the making.

As long as I can remember, I wanted to be a doctor. I was the kid fascinated by the human body, captivated by healing, and deeply curious about how systems work together. I wanted to understand why people were sick, not just how to manage symptoms.

For a lot of reasons, my story didn’t lead me to becoming an MD. That’s a story for another day. But the desire to help people heal never left me.

Then came my own health collapse.

When my gut was inflamed, my hormones were dysregulated, my energy was gone, and I felt trapped inside symptoms I didn’t understand, that calling reignited in a new way. I wasn’t just learning about health anymore. I was desperate for it.

That’s what led me into the world of gut health, supplements, and eventually, partnership with a wellness company.

And I am deeply grateful for that season.

Those products were a bridge. They helped stabilize my body, reduce inflammation, support detox, and begin restoring my gut. They gave me hope when I had very little. And they opened the door into a world of functional health that completely changed how I understood the body.

But about two years into my wellness journey, something became crystal clear to me:

If I wanted my clients to experience long-term, sustainable healing, supplements could not be the primary strategy.

They had to be a support, not the foundation.

So I became a certified health coach. Because I knew, that real healing requires diet change, habit change, nervous system regulation, lifestyle shifts, and root-cause healing. A supplement is never a first line of defense. It comes alongside what you’re already doing. That part was non-negotiable for me.

And then came the pivot moment.

This past year, I attended convention for my gut health company. It was my first network marketing convention ever. And it was beautiful. I met women in person that I had talked to daily for years. I saw the heart, integrity, science, and excellence behind the company. It was meaningful and deeply encouraging.

But in the middle of all of it, God spoke.

The night before one of the sessions, I was sitting with friends, just talking, laughing, shooting the breeze. And at one point I said, “Everything’s copacetic.” One of my friends stopped me and said, “I’ve never heard that word.” I laughed and said, “Yeah, copacetic — like everything’s good, everything’s cool.” It was a word I used all the time back in the early 2000s. We laughed it off and moved on.

The next morning, a speaker took the stage.

Midway through his talk, he paused and said that his wife often challenges him to work a specific word into his presentation. And that morning, the word she gave him was… copacetic.

My breath caught.

He went on to explain that copacetic means everything in good order.

And in that moment, I knew — deep in my spirit — that God was speaking directly to me.

Everything in good order.

It hit my heart with weight and clarity. I knew the Lord was realigning my calling.

I came home with a fire in my bones and a conviction in my spirit.

I still believed deeply in the power of these supplements. But I knew my role had to look different. I wasn’t created to be a saleswoman pushing products.

God created me to help people heal.

And “everything in good order” meant that supplements were no longer meant to be the driving force of my work. They were meant to be one tool in a much larger healing process.

From that moment on, my business model changed.
My focus changed.

Not away from healing, but deeper into it.

Now, when someone works with me, we don’t start with supplements.

We start with your diet, habits, and lifestyle.

And only then, if your body truly needs extra support, do I recommend supplements.

Because healing done in God’s order is always more powerful than healing done in human haste.

And here’s the beautiful part:

When I embraced this shift fully, my business didn’t shrink. It expanded.

So if you’ve ever wondered, “Why doesn’t she talk about supplements as much anymore?”
Or, “If I message her, is she just going to try to sell me something?”

The answer is simple.

I’m doing everything in good order.

And the only thing I’m here to sell is healing.

Because God created me to help people heal.

And that is an honor and a privilege I will never take lightly.
